The Jello instant puddings are easy to make and taste so good that it is hard to tell it is a "diet" snack. tastes very good. quickly shipped too.

Love it !!

Very low in carbs and sugar, it is a dessert they can enjoy without guilt. Yet it is also delicious for non-diabetics because it's just great tasting. I know I don't miss the sugar at all!Try it, you'll love it too!

I like to make parfaits from the sugar-free puddings and Jello. I make Jello as instructed and use 2% milk for the pudding. Sometimes, I add bits of low sugar fruit and my diabetic friends absolutely love it.
