Best ever!

I fell I love with Pamelas Baking Mix! Not for the delicious pancakes, but I use it to make cookies, biscuits, coating for my chicken recipe with cornstarch added its best flavor and texture!

Very Good Quality

Before I discovered "Pamela's," the ideal brand of gluten-free mixes, I had to try a number of others. Fantastic flavour. It doesn't have a gummy or crumbly texture. In order to make my pancakes fluffier, I even use more baking powder.
