Most grocery and supplement related items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any order discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

We are not required to accept or refund orders that are over 30 days past the delivered date. 

Damaged orders must be reported and supported with images within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued according to the extent of the damage. Replacements will not be shipped.

Quantity discrepancies are not eligible for return or a full refund. Only partial refunds will be issued for the quantity of the product not received.

Expiration dates on the product should have a minimum shelf life of 90+ days. An image of the date code on the product will be required prior to discarding and refunding the order.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied for any of the scenarios below:

--Parcel is re-routed as “Returned to Sender” for any reason.

--Product returns due to buyer’s remorse. Ship costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
