We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard ground shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within 7 days, depending on the shipping destination. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you by the applicable method selected. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process—title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.


There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Your billing address must be the one your credit card currently has on file. You can ship to any destination within the contiguous United States. Please double-check your information. To cancel your order, please get in touch with Customer Service Monday through Friday at on the day that you place your order. However, we will try to cancel the order if it has not entered the shipping stage. This is because our distribution center is very efficient, and they will have an order on the line within an hour of it being placed. Therefore, asking for a change or cancellation can rarely happen before the order ships. 


We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, or APO addresses.


By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.


Most grocery and supplement-related items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any order discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

We are not required to accept or refund orders over 30 days past the delivered date. 

Damaged orders must be reported and supported with images within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued according to the extent of the damage. Replacements will not be shipped.

Quantity discrepancies are not eligible for return or a full refund. Only partial refunds will be issued for the quantity of the product not received.

Expiration dates on the product should have a minimum shelf life of 90+ days. An image of the product's date code will be required before discarding and refunding the order.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied for any of the scenarios below:

--Parcel is re-routed as “Returned to Sender” for any reason.

--Product returns due to buyer’s remorse. Ship costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
