I messaged your company about not receiving all the parts to my mop and only teo pieces fitting together on the handle. The only response I received was we are looking into it.

The O CEDAR flip mop pads is not sewn correctly . The have sewn extra velcro inside of the mop pads

I liked the mobility of the mop head as it could go easily into corners at the angle needed and into tight spaces. It is long and narrow so it reaches into tight crevices such as between a fridge and kitchen counter or wall. 

I have hardwood floors and sometimes taking out the vacuum can be a bit of a chore. I decided to get a dry mop just so I could go over a travelled area pretty quickly. Looked through and found this O-Cedar for a reasonable price - heard good things about the brand - and LET ME TELL YOU that thing worked almost better than the vacuum. 

I've purchased two of these mops from here (one kept in the kitchen and another kept in the cats' area). They are the best mops I've ever had.
